Spiders from Mars

This absolutely floored me. This morning Jake asked to have the markers so he could do some drawing. I asked him what he wanted to draw and he said “Spiders!”
I turned away for a minute, then he called out “look at my spider!”
This is his drawing. On the left is the happy spider, and on the right is the angry spider. I am really surprised at how detailed and elaborate these pictures are for a 3-1/2 year old, plus his ability to describe them to me.
I’m going to have to start saving up for art school.
