The Ghost says "Bleagh!"

Not only does Jake draw some really cool pictures, but he also imbues them with a sense of humor and detail that astounds me.
This one is a ghost that’s sticking his tongue out, with the moon and stars in the background. Apparently it’s a teenage ghost as you can tell from the spots on his face.
Jake is also making up songs. Yesterday he made up a counting song in Spanish, and this morning he added lyrics to some Bach cantata (or is that cantina) about going to the kitchen.
Checking in on the developmental front, Jake now knows his right from left… something that I have trouble with even now. Duncan, meanwhile, is making 5 word sentences and negotiating for bedtime stories (“I want itty bitty spidoh”).
The boys favorite show, the Backyardigans, just jumped the shark. They had Alicia Keys as a guest star, which pierces the whole “5 kids in their backyards with their imaginations” thing.
