A co-worker sent me a message about splitting up some work between us and called it a “Divide and Concur” process. I love this, because it’s not about bludgeoning the work into submission, but more about separating the work between us and coming to an agreement. It’s all about accentuating the positive.

I recently re-took the Clifton/Gallup strengths assessment survey, and oddly enough I got almost exactly the same results as I did with their v1 test about 2 years ago.
